First got the white version of the X-Case back in 2017 with the magnetic strip and flex irons. Put infinity and Warmachine in them. Loved the cases. Show cases models well and kept them in place with the magnetization. Fast forward basically 6 years. After multiple moves and putting it in storage boxes and being thrown around in multiple uhauls I pulled them out of a storage box thinking the models would be off the magnetized strip and ruined. I was extremely surprised and happy to find them still in place and perfectly fine. So much so that I’ve bought multiple more recently (2023). Black looks awesome, displays models well and I feel confident that they are protected. Great buy, great design!

I love these boxes. I use two sets of magnetic inserts (one on top and one on bottom) to have 8 ships from Sails of Glory per box.
